1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the babul8 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of babul8.net constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are amended from time to time.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

babul8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the babul8.net homepage or via direct communication to registered account holders where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and babul8 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service on babul8.net. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. babul8 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

Any funds deposited by a person found to be under 18 years old will be returned to the original payment method, and all winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited. babul8 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the enforcement of this policy.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager on babul8. babul8 makes no representation that the services offered on this Platform are legal or available in every jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is permitted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the service.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on babul8. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, babul8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Compliance

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from babul8 or from any other gambling platform under a shared exclusion scheme, you must not attempt to register a new account on babul8 during any active exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds. Contact the babul8 support team if you require assistance managing your exclusion status.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on babul8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. babul8 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

babul8 applies KYC procedures in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address — before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed, or bonus funds are released. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account access restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your babul8 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by babul8 at the time of your use.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify babul8 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

babul8 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from babul8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your babul8 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. babul8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security as set out in clause 3.3 above.

3.5 Account Inactivity

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. babul8 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 against the remaining balance of a dormant account. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to babul8.net and complete any required re-verification steps.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

babul8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your babul8 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are processed in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

babul8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and verified under your babul8 KYC profile. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned to the sender and will not be credited to your gaming balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is subject to limits displayed in your account cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• babul8 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on babul8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If you deposit funds in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion, and the resulting BDT amount will be credited to your account. babul8 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

babul8 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. babul8 may delay, block, or reverse any financial transaction that it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Where required, babul8 will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. All users are required to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and make their first qualifying deposit on babul8 may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The precise bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, and expiry period are stated in the welcome bonus promotional terms displayed at the time of your first deposit. These specific terms form part of this Agreement where applicable.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses awarded by babul8:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where free bets or sportsbook bonuses are issued, qualifying bets must meet a minimum odds threshold (e.g., 1.50 or higher) as stated in the specific promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

babul8 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, collusion, or exploitation. Where babul8 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting any technical error in the bonus system — babul8 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and derived winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any pending withdrawal.

5.4 Amendments and Withdrawal of Promotions

babul8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player has already opted in and partially completed the wagering requirement, babul8 will endeavour to honour the bonus on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games and instant games on babul8 — including slots, virtual table games, crash games, and instant win titles — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG produces statistically independent, unpredictable results for every game round. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories and is a condition of game provider partnerships on babul8.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on babul8 — powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other accredited providers — are streamed from professional studio facilities where shuffle and dealing procedures are conducted in real time under studio supervision. Live game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome for that round. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with the babul8 support team within 48 hours of the relevant game round.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on babul8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, as displayed in the sportsbook section at the time of bet placement. In general:

• Bets are accepted and processed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of babul8 and may be suspended or rejected at any time during live events without explanation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• babul8 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market, event, or individual account at any time.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or system error during a game or sports event, babul8 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return all stakes to the relevant player accounts. babul8 will not be held liable for any loss of winnings or inconvenience arising from a technical malfunction that is beyond its reasonable control. Any game round or bet that relies on a technical error to generate an outcome that would not otherwise have been achievable is void.

6.5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, bet settlement, or any other transaction, the records maintained by babul8's server systems shall constitute the authoritative and final record of all transactions. Players must raise disputes in writing via the babul8 live chat support system within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated or resolved.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your babul8 account or use of the Platform. Prohibited fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to: providing false identity information during registration or KYC; using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account; and chargebacks or payment reversals made in bad faith.

7.2 Collusion and Match Fixing

Collusion between players — whether in live dealer games, tournaments, or any other format — is strictly prohibited. Similarly, any attempt to place bets on the basis of inside information, manipulated sports fixtures, or agreements between players or participants is a serious violation of these Terms. babul8 cooperates fully with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies where match-fixing or corruption is suspected.

7.3 Automated Betting Software

The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted wagering systems, or any other mechanism that allows bets to be placed without genuine manual interaction by the account holder is strictly prohibited. babul8 employs detection systems to identify automated activity and reserves the right to close accounts and void all associated bets where such activity is detected.

7.4 Money Laundering

babul8 must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or the processing of funds derived from illegal activity. You warrant that all funds deposited into your babul8 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of those funds. Any attempt to use babul8 for money laundering purposes will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities and will result in immediate account closure and withholding of all funds pending investigation.

7.5 Abuse of Platform Systems

You must not attempt to gain unfair advantage through exploitation of technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes in game or bonus systems. Where babul8 identifies that an account has benefited from a system error or exploit, it reserves the right to correct the account balance, void associated winnings, and take further action in accordance with these Terms.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your babul8 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on babul8.net. Before your account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension and Closure by babul8

babul8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account dormancy as described in clause 3.5.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any later point.
• Confirmed breach of the minimum age requirement (clause 2.1).

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, babul8 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be derived from fraudulent or illegal activity, they will be forfeited in full.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — you will no longer be able to access your babul8 account, place bets, access game history, or claim any pending bonuses. babul8 will retain your account data for a minimum of five years following closure in accordance with its data retention obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements. 8.4 Responsible Gaming Closures

If you request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including activation of a self-exclusion period — babul8 will process your request as a priority. Self-exclusion closures are handled in accordance with the procedures set out on the Responsible Gaming page. During any active self-exclusion period, babul8 will suppress all marketing communications to your registered contact details and block all login attempts from your account credentials.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babul8's liability to you in connection with any account closure, suspension, or withholding of funds under these Terms is limited to the verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure, excluding any bonus funds and any funds determined to be derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. babul8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from account closure.
